Step 1 - Submit Application
Fill out an application for the your project by clicking on the Application link. Once application is submitted, your application will be reviewed by our staff. Once reviewed, fees due will be email to you. Once the Plan Review fees are paid, you will receive an ePlan Invitation for you to login to.
Step 2 - Configure Your Computer
Setup your computer to use ePlan . If you are new to ePlan Review, please click on the appropriate logo and follow the instruction for your "First-time Setup".

Step 3 - Begin Using ePlan Plan Review Application
Open your ePlan invitation email to begin uploading documents and drawings. Upon acceptance of your request for a building permit application, you will receive an email invitation for each project submitted. Log in to each project by clicking on the link in the email. Please be sure to read all the way through the ePlan Applicant Users Guide then begin uploading the required drawings and documents for your project to our Electronic Plan Review system. You will find an outline of documents in the ePlan Applicant User Guide.
