How ProjectDox Portal Works

ProjectDox Portal is an electronic plan review system which will allow us to streamline the project intake process, assist with project tracking, and provide a consistent, open communication exchange for project related information.

Please carefully read through the steps in the accordion widget below to understand how the ProjectDox process works.

Step 1: Before you Apply

Step 2: Create a Permit Application using ProjectDox Portal

Step 3: Upload Drawings & Documents

You will receive an email inviting you to upload and submit. Follow the instructions in the email and make sure you utilize the naming protocol found in the Naming Protocol Quick Guide (PDF).

All drawings, drawn to scale, (size 24x36 or 11x17) need to uploaded into the drawings folder as a PDF in Landscape Orientation
Files uploaded to the Drawings Folder cannot be multiple pages

If you are having trouble uploading your drawings or documents, review the ProjectDox Submittal Rules (PDF) before contacting city staff.
