Neighborhood Associations are formed when neighbors organize to propose boundaries of their neighborhood and act on their interest in improving their neighborhoods through hosting meetings, organizing events, and contributing to projects in partnership with the City of Bozeman.

The BNA’s boundaries are defined as: Main Street to the north; the boundary of South Central Association of Neighbors (SCAN) to the east, extending south to the north boundary of the Bozeman Creek

Neighborhood Association (BCNA); the east boundary of BCNA to the east; the south boundary of Burke Park; and north along the east boundary of Peet’s Hill and the Bozeman Public Library to Main Street.

West boundary: East side of Story Mill Rd.

Our neighborhood has a small-town feel with human scale dwellings that are personal, approachable, even intimate, where families feel safe letting their kids walk to school and they say hi to their neighbors. Without big-city style, monumental-sized architecture, the psychology of our neighborhood is not anonymous and we can still see the mountains. The post-war bungalow style homes with pleasant yards, sidewalks, and low traffic encourage folks to walk their pets, garden, or socialize with friends in the public purview. Some families have been here for generations. We are a community.

Neighborhood boundaries cover the area from 11th Ave (east side including all residents not within the Cooper Park Neighborhood Association) to 15th Ave (West side) between College street and Koch street. From Koch street to Main (South side) between 11th Ave (East side) and the East side of 15th. Welcoming other streets for potential inclusion in the future.

Neighborhood boundaries cover the area from Durston (south side of the street) from N. 25th to N. 19th (west side of the street) to Main St. to W. Babcock (north side of the street), to N25th (both sides of the street) and back to Durston, but KPNA welcomes participation from residents from neighboring streets with possible future inclusion.

Boundaries:

North boundary: Properties on the south side of Cleveland Street from both sides of 7th Avenue to both sides of Willson Avenue.
South boundary: Properties on the north side of Kagy Boulevard from both sides of 7th Avenue to both sides of Willson Avenue, and the businesses between Willson and South Tracy Avenues.
West boundary: Both sides of 7th Avenue from Cleveland Street to Kagy Boulevard. This border is on the Montana State University campus.
East boundary: Properties with addresses on both sides of Willson Avenue from the south side of Cleveland Street to the north side of Kagy Boulevard, and the businesses between Willson and South Tracy Avenues.
The cross streets include Arthur, Garfield, Hayes, West Lincoln, and Grant running east to west. North to south streets include Grand, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th Avenues, and Greek Way.

Submit completed form to Emily Kiely and work with her to setup your first meeting and become an official City recognized Neighborhood Association.
