The Inter Neighborhood Council (INC) exists to give a voice to neighbors and neighborhood concerns and facilitate communication between the City and neighborhoods through a representative forum as an advisory board to the City Commission.
The INC is made up of representatives from each of the 13 active Bozeman Neighborhood Associations. The City of Bozeman staff liaison is Emily Kiely, and the City Commission liaison is Joey Morrison.
This council generally meets the 2nd Thursday of the month from 4:30-6:00 p.m. For links to past agendas and minutes, please visit the Meeting Videos page and scroll down to Inter-Neighborhood Council. Download the INC Bylaws (PDF).
