The City of Bozeman is currently in the process of updating the Impact Fee Studies which determine Impact Fees.
The updated Impact Fee Studies will be presented to the City Commission on January 14th, 2019
What are Impact Fees

Schedule of Fees
The amount of the fee is determined by the cost-per-unit of new or expanding development. Impact fees are not used for work done for maintenance purposes. If a project is a change in use or expansion, then the fee is the difference between the new and old use. A project may not require payment of all of the fees if they do not generate new demand for all services.
