Public Notice of Opportunity to Comment
The Montana Department of Environmental Quality’s General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4 Permit), Part II.A.1.a.ii requires the City of Bozeman (City) and Montana State University (MSU) to provide an opportunity for the public to comment on their Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP). Part II.C.2.b of the MS4 Permit requires the City and MSU to provide an opportunity for the public to comment on their Sampling Plan. Interested parties can find the SWMP, Sampling Plan, and Public Comment Form at: www.bozeman.net/departments/utilities/stormwater.
