NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ADOPTION OF THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN FOR FISCAL YEARS 2027 TO 2031

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at a special session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, in the Commission Room, City Hall, 121 N Rouse Avenue, Bozeman, has been designated as the time and place when and where the Commission will hear and pass upon any and all objections that may be made to the Recommended Capital Improvements Plan for Fiscal Years 2027-2031.

The Commission Resolution adopting the Capital Improvements Plan for Fiscal Years 2027-2031 is now on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Bozeman, subject to inspection of all persons interested, for a period of at least six (6) days from the date of first publication.

The Commission will review the Recommended Capital Improvements Plan and staff recommended changes on March 10, 2026. Final adoption of the Capital Improvements Plan for Fiscal Years 2027 to 2031 is scheduled to take place on March 24, 2026.
