Valley West &amp; The Lakes are organizing to create a City-recognized Neighborhood Association!&nbsp;</p><p>Everyone who owns, rents, or has a business in the Valley West &amp; The Lakes neighborhoods are invited to attend the introductory meeting on&nbsp;<strong>Thursday, March 5 from 6:30-8:00pm at Meadowlark Elementary School Library.&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Come meet your neighbors and learn about why the neighborhood association is being created.
