C. 19452  Flanders Mill Apartments CONR

A proposal to build a 22-building, 198 unit housing complex to be built in multiple phases in Phase 7 of Flanders Mill. This is its third time going through the Concept Review process.

D. 19440 Northwest Crossing Subdivision MaSP

A proposal to build a 22-building, 198 unit housing complex to be built in multiple phases in Phase 7 of Flanders Mill. This is its third time going through the Concept Review process.

F. 19461 Palisade Condominiums CONR

Two 4-plexes, three 3-plexes, and one duplex proposed be built to complete an existing residential development at Warbler Way and Catron St.

G. 19459 Collins Apartments CONR

A residential complex with four 4-unit buildings proposed to be built on two lots along Warbler Way in Cattail Creek Ph 3. 

H. 19466 and 19464 Bridger View Redevelopment PP and PUDP

A proposed 62-unit (a mix of single-household and townhomes) PUD to be built on 8 acres immediately east of Story Mill Park.

I. 19463 Buffalo Run INF

The proposed annexation/ master plan of 19 acres west of Meadow Creek Subdivision. Will include a mix of townhomes, single-family, and apartments.

J. 19480 Gran Cielo Lot 9 Block 6 Residences CONR

Two 2-household dwellings and two 3-household dwellings to be built on a 0.9-acre lot in Phase I of the Gran Cielo Subdivision.

K. 19479 Gran Cielo Lot 5 Block 6 Residences CONR

Two 2-household dwellings and one 3-household dwelling to be built on a half-acre lot in Phase I of the Gran Cielo Subdivision.

L. 19478 Oak and Cottonwood Apartments CONR

A complex of seven 12-unit apartments to be located at the SW corner of Oak and Cottonwood (Flanders Creek Subdivision).
