The Unified Development Ordinance sets the basic rules for subdividing and developing land in Bozeman. The City has prepared a series of informational brochures on specific procedures or topics relating to land development to help its citizens understand this material. This text was most recently altered by Ordinance 1709, effective on August 15, 2007.
