Bozeman Baseball Homepage
Christie Fields was once owned by the Gallatin County School District. To preserve the baseball fields that had been built on the site, the city and school district traded land. The school district was given 10.8 acres to the west of West Babcock Park and the city took over control of Christie Fields. The city officially took over control and ownership on August 18, 1992. The park is the home to Cal Ripken baseball during the spring and summer, and to Gallatin Empire Lions Club football in the fall.
