We have extended our ice skating lessons by 4 weeks.  Please note that the 2008 season is subject to shortening depending on rink conditions. 

Fee: Punch cards are required to participate in skating lessons and are available to purchase at the Beall Park Recreation Center (415 N. Bozeman Ave).  Punch cards cannot be purchased at the rink. 

Punch cards:  Punch Cards will be sold all season and can be used for any lessons.  Prices listed below:   $10 (4 lessons), $20 (8 lessons), $30 (12 lessons), $40 (16 lessons) or $50 (20 lessons) 

Learn the basics of ice-skating; skating in a straight line, gliding forward and backwards, stopping, falling and getting back up, etc.  Dress for evening winter weather and bring your skates. 

Cancellation Policy:  We will make every attempt to hold lessons.  Lessons will be cancelled if the temperature is -5 degrees F or if the weather is too warm and the ice is soft.   Cancellation decisions will be made by 3:30p.m. on the day of the lessons.  Call the Recreation Department at 582-2290 to check lesson status.

Tuesdays    January 8th –February 26th :
• Parent/Tot Skating (3+), only one punch required.  4:30 - 5:00 pm.
• Beginning Skating (4-6 yr.) 5:15 - 5:45 pm.
• Intermediate Skating (6-10yr) 6:00 – 6:45 pm.
• Beginning Skating (7+) 7:00 – 7:45 pm.
• Intermediate–Advanced (11+) 8:00 – 8:45 pm.

Wednesdays    January 9th – February 27th:
• Parent/Tot Skating (3+), Wednesday, 4:30 – 5:00 pm.
• Beginning Skating  (4-6yr), 5:15 – 5:45 pm.
• Intermediate Skating (6-10yr) 6:00 – 6:45 pm.
• Beginning Skating (7+) 7:00 – 7:45 pm.
• Beginning Adult Skating (11+) 8:00 – 8:45 pm.

Thursdays    January 10th –February 28th:
• Parent/Tot Skating (3+), only one punch required.  4:30 - 5:00 pm.
• Beginning Skating (4-6 yr.) 5:15 - 5:45 pm.
• Intermediate Skating (6-10yr) 6:00 – 6:45 pm.
• Beginning Skating (7+) 7:00 – 7:45 pm.
• Intermediate–Advanced (11+) 8:00 – 8:45 pm.

Saturday   January 12th –February 23rd:
• Parent/Tot Skating (3+), only one punch required.  10:00 -10:30 am.
• Beginning Skating (4-6 yr.) 10:45 – 11:15 am.
• Beginning Skating (7+), 11:30 am – 12:15 pm.
• Family Skating Lessons (all ages & abilities),  one punch for entire family, 12:30 -1:15 pm
