Most condominium associations pay for water/sewer service.  The reason is that there is only one water meter per building.  Each condominium unit is not metered separately.  The association receives the water/sewer bill and splits it according to their rules and regulations.  Please contact the condominium or homeowner's association to see how they charge out the water/sewer.  Depending on the association, each individual condominium owner is responsible for his or her own garbage service and we will be happy to assist you in that area.  Town homes usually have their own water/sewer service and can be set up under the owner's name.  If you have questions regarding your particular address, please call 582-2328.
