Once you have gone through the proper inspections with the building and water/sewer departments and are ready to have your water meter set and your water turned on, you can call the utility billing clerk at 582-2328 to request a work order and set up billing information.  All residential meters are set and the water turned on in the same trip.  If you require a meter larger than 1 inch, we will set the meter and turn on the water at a later date.   During winter months (October-April), please make sure your building is heated in order to protect both the water meter and pipes.
