On the day that the tenant moves from a property, they, or the property owner should get a reading off the water meter located in the crawl space or basement of the property.  The meter is copper-colored with a black and white dial on top.  There will be only one set of dials to read.  Call us with the read and we can calculate what is owed up until that day.  We do not send a final bill between tenants, however we can verbally give you an amount owed until the day they move out.  If you wish to see proof from the tenant that the bill is paid, we will be happy to print out a receipt for them.
