Gallatin County Trails Report and Plan

The Gallatin County Planning Board is pleased to announce the public release of the draft Connecting Communities: Gallatin County Trails Report and Plan. The Trails Advisory Committee to the Board has been working for nearly one and one-half years with hundreds of county citizens through many different public forums to develop the goals, text, data and maps of this plan. We express our gratitude for those who have given of their time to work so hard on this plan and to participate in the many public information gathering and comment opportunities so far.

All the files containing the report text are in the Connecting Communities folder on this disk in PDF format and require Adobe Acrobat Reader which is also on this disk in the Adobe Acrobat folder.

All the files containing the trail maps are in the Maps folder on this disk in html format.

If you wish to comment on the plan you are encouraged to send written comments to the Planning Board c/o the Gallatin County Planning Department, 311 West Main, #200, Bozeman, MT 59715. E-mail comments may be made to the Planning Board via this e-mail link planning@gallatin.mt.gov. When offering comment(s) it is requested that you mention items in the plan that you support, if any, as well as any you may oppose or wish to see modified. This will aid the Planning Board in evaluating the full range of community concerns.
