IMPACT FEE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
This board meets as needed.
Impact Fee Advisory Committee
The Impact Fee Advisory Committee, established under 7-6-1604, MCA, shall consist of nine members to be appointed by the City Commission. The members shall be: the City Engineer; the City Finance Director; a certified public accountant who shall hold no other public office or employment;
1 builder;
1 land developer;
2 citizens of Bozeman not employed in the development industry; and
2 other members as selected by the City Commission.
Upon the creation of the Committee, the members shall be appointed for the following terms: public officers and employees during the terms of their office, four members that hold no public office or employment for a term of two years, three members that hold no public office or employment for a term of three years. The terms shall expire on the first day of January of the second and third year, respectively, following appointment. Thereafter, as terms expire, each new appointment shall be for a term of two years. A majority of members must be residents of the City of Bozeman. The Committee will act in an advisory capacity to the City Commission.
