The following electronic brochures provide overviews and summaries of various review procedures and other activities carried out by the Department of Planning and Community Development.

Please visit this site each time you wish to submit an application in order to ensure that you are using the most current forms. You may fill out each form on-line but must save it to your own computer. Outdated application forms will not be accepted.
