Network Services Division

The IT Network Services division supports over 350 City of Bozeman employees; manages all workstations, servers. This encompasses e-mail, web, IP telephony, database and office productivity applications. Included in this is support for specialty applications such as E-911 Computer Aided Dispatch support, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) servers for managing waste & water treatment facilities, and Recreation Swim Center registration and Point of Sale systems.

Network Services also manages the fiber optic network infrastructure and leased circuits that interconnect these computer systems, and provides the overall architecture and standards for network security.
