About the New Hyalite View Neighborhood...
Boundaries: New Hyalite View Subdivision (trees streets across from the
hospital) and residential homes facing Kagy Blvd.
Subdivisions: The neighborhood organization uses the boundaries established
by the expired Home Owners Association (New Hyalite View). The subdivision's
covenants and association has expired.
Businesses: Businesses do not exist within the boundaries of the New
Hyalite View subdivision. The neighborhood will likely construct a subcommittee
during an upcoming annual meeting to work with the Bozeman Deaconess Hospital
which owns the property adjacent to the subdivision.
Size and Rentals: The roughly 300 properties within the boundaries are
zoned R-1 and a limited number of homes are rental properties. No apartment
buildings or condos exist within the boundaries.
Structure: The NHVN predates the City's Neighborhood Program. The structure
has a Neighborhood Chairperson who also acts as the INC representative. Bylaws -
