Subdivisions: The boundaries of the Cascade Association of Neighbors
includes several subdivisions and condominium associations including Bridger
Peaks Estates, Cascade Subdivision, Ferguson Meadows and Valley Unit
Subdivision.
Businesses: Only in-home businesses exist within the boundaries of the
Cascade Associaiton of Neighbors.
Size and Rentals: The boundaries include roughly 500 households including
single-family homes and 3 condominium complexes.
Structure: The Cascade Association of Neighbors has a Steering Committee
structure functioning with 9 members. Each member takes a role as either
President, Vice President, Secretary or becomes a member of one of the standing
neighborhood committees.
Communication: The neighborhood communicates using flyers, yard signs and
newsletters and holds two meetings per year. The block representatives are
responsible for delivering to each home on their street.
