About the Bozeman Creek Neighborhood...

Boundaries: extend from the intersection of the Gallagator Trail and South Church south along Church to Kagy Boulevard, west along Kagy to South Black Street, north on South Black to Mason Avenue, across Mason and through the Langor Gardens to the Gallagator Trail, north on the Trail to the point of origin. The BCNA is divided into 5 districts.

Subdivisions: The BCNA includes approximately 12 subdivisions or phases.

Businesses: The BCNA has a number of businesses located on the southern boundary facing Kagy Boulevard (e.g. Kagy Corner).

Size and Rentals: The neighborhood has a variety of densities ranging from R-1 to R-4 with approximately 600 households. This neighborhood is near the college and has a high number of rental properties.

Structure: Advisory Council (7 members = 5 district representatives + 2 at-large). HOAs and Condo Associations are not represented specifically on the Council, but may run as a District Represenatative to serve residents within 1 or 5 specific areas. They may also run as an at-large representative.

Communication: The neighborhood communicates using flyers, meetings, and a newsletter delivered by volunteers.
