1.) Your browser must support Java.

2.) You preferably need Internet Explorer 5.5 service pack 1
and internet tools (Virtual Machine). To
see if you need any of these visit Microsoft
Automatic Update or Microsoft.com. Other browsers will work, but aren’t fully
supported.
3.) You will need at least 64MB of RAM.
4.) A fast connection speed is crucial.
At least 56K!
5.) Do NOT use the “Back” button! (it will lock up the window
and you will have to close it and open another session).
6.) Don’t view too many layers at once (the screen will become cluttered and difficult to read).
7.) BE PATIENT! (displaying a lot of data can take a while to refresh).
8.) When identifying attribute
information, click precisely on the feature…. it’s a bit touchy (or use the select by rectangle tool).
9.) Not all data will
overlay properly. Use care when locating
by address – it will NOT display the ‘exact’ position relative to parcels.
10.) Don’t be afraid to try everything! The worst that will happen is you will ‘lock’
up the window and have to open a new one.
