Finance Administratiion

 The Finance Administration division provides budget administration and oversight, financial analysis and recommendations, risk management, and Finance Department staff management.  Click here for budget documents.

Accounting  -The Accounting Division ensures the City's financial records are maintained in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. The division prepares a Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for each fiscal year.  The Accounting Division also develops sound internal controls for all departments. 

Treasury - The Treasury Division bills, collects and records all funds due to the City and invests them to ensure a secure revenue base. Water, sewer, garbage and City assessments are billed, collected and recorded through this office. Treasury administers business and pet licenses, parking permits and tickets, the records for Sunset Hills Cemetery and miscellaneous receivables.
