public documents, however Commission Resolution 3030 passed on November 21st,
1994, requires that we charge fees associated with researching and copying.
Those fees are as follows:
Items which can be found in and copied in ten minutes or less:
$.25/page
Items which require ten minutes or more to research and copy:
$.50/page
