PLEASE DO NOT STACK RECYCLABLES OR ANY TRASH OUTSIDE OF THE BINS.

These sites are located on private property through the courtesy of the business and property owners. The sites may be closed if rules are not followed.

  • Aluminum & Steel Cans – Rinse and place in bin for aluminum/steel cans. In order to conserve space, crushed or flattened cans are preferred. Absolutely no aerosol or paint cans.
  • Newspaper – Office paper and copy paper, fax paper, carbonless paper, white paper, computer paper, colored paper, as well as glossy inserts and telephone books are acceptable. Please remove any string, wire or twine and place in bin for newspapers. No neon colored paper.
  • Cardboard – Brown bags, shoe boxes, soap boxes, pop and beer cases. Flatten and place in bin for cardboard. Discard any liners. No foil or wax coated cardboard or egg cartons.
  • Magazines – All magazines and catalogs are acceptable up to one inch think. Do not worry about paper clips and staples. Magazines or catalogs over one inch thick need to be ripped into one inch sizes.
  • Plastic bottles – Most bottles and jars labeled 1 or 2 with openings smaller than the base or widest part are acceptable. Discard caps, lids and pumps prior to bringing bottles to the recycling site. Empty contents and rinse thoroughly. Crush bottles to preserve space. No other plastics will be collected.
