Solid Waste Division

This Division is comprised of two subdivisions,

• Collection,
• Recycling,

The Bozeman Convenience Site and the Household Hazardous Waste Site, located at 2143 Story Mill Road (Map this location ), are now operated by the Gallatin County Solid Waste Management District.

Household garbage, appliances, wire, sheet metal, compost, branches and clean wood waste can be deposited at the Convenience Site for a fee. If you have questions regarding the Convenience Site or Household Hazardous Waste, please call 587-7890.

City Hall (406) 582-2273 - Monday thru Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm
Landfill Gate House (406) 587-7890 - Tuesday thru Saturday - 8:00am to 3:30pm.
