Services for Businesses, Apartment Complexes, and other Commercial

The Solid Waste Division offers a comprehensive range of services to meet the needs of Business owners, apartment complexes, and other Commercial concerns.  These include:

Trash collection:

• 2 cubic yard dumpsters
• 3 cubic yard dumpsters
• 4 cubic yard dumpsters
• 6 cubic yard dumpsters
• 8 cubic yard dumpsters
  • Pick-up, (emptying) of dumpsters is available Monday through Saturday
• 35 through 100 gallon totes with wheels
• 220 through 450 gallon "stationary tubs"
• 20 cubic yard Roll-offs
• 30 cubic yard Roll-offs
• 40 cubic yard Roll-offs
  • Pick-up on Totes, Tubs, and Roll-offs is available Monday through Friday.

Any of the above containers can be made lockable with a four digit combination lock supplied by the Solid Waste Division, which is permanently attached to the container.

In observance of some National holidays, collection service will be one day late for the entire week .  On those weeks, if your normal collection day is Monday, your container will be emptied on Tuesday, and normal Thursday totes will be emptied on Friday etc.  The list of holidays we will be a day behind the normal schedule can be found here; call 582-2273 or 582-3237 for more information.

 

Other services available to commercial customers:

• Container washing/deodorizing which is especially useful for restaurants, grocery stores, etc.
• Cardboard collection at no additional cost
• Curbside recycling for a nominal additional fee.  Acceptable commodities include:
  • paper
  • aluminum and steel cans
  • plastics (types 1 through 7)
