Disabled parking requires a placard or disabled license plate. Parking in these stalls are only if the disabled person is with the vehicle.

Mailboxes cannot be blocked or restrict mail delivery
Please do not swear, insult or interact with them inappropriately. You have the right to appeal your citation. If the parking officer is inappropriate, we urge you to report this to the police.
Full or partial blocking of sidewalks is not allowed, not even for loading or unloading
Call (406)582-2000 to report a parking complaint. Please provide: Location, vehicle license, description of vehicle, and the type of violation. We will assign report to our parking officer immediately.

Advertising vehicles for sale, or other advertising on a vehicle, is not allowed on public streets.
Residential zones around Bozeman High School and MSU require a permit by a resident, or use of a visitor’s pass when visiting a resident.
Vehicles cannot be abandoned on city streets. A vehicle must be moved every 48 hours, or it may be ticketed and/or towed. Junk vehicles in particular can be hazardous, diminish property values and lead to vandalism.
Street Maintenance signs will be posted 24 hours in advance for occasional street cleaning or related maintenance. Please, keep vehicle off street for entire time signs are posted
Fire Lanes are for fire trucks only. This includes load/unloading.
If a vehicle is parked illegally, a citation may be issued even if; * The vehicle is occupied * The vehicle is running * The vehicle is on parked for a minute * The flashers are on
No parking when signed, yellow zone exists, or 20 feet from any intersection.
