The City has contracted with TischlerBise of Bethesda, Maryland to assist the City in updating its impact fee studies. The City updates its studies every three years to maintain accurate and fair fees. Several major infrastructure projects have been undertaken since the last fee update. A project page has been created to make information available to the public as the update moves along. The page can be found at this link.
