The City replaced the text of Title 18, Unified Development Ordinance with a newly codified Chapter 38, on November 3, 2011 as part of it overall codification of all municipal ordinances. This change involved renumbering the sections in the regulations and inclusion with a fully web searchable municipal code that should make it easier to find relevant information about development standards. Codification did not alter the actual standards or procedures of the regulations. The codification does not alter the Design Objectives Plan for Entryway Corridors or the Design Guidelines for Historic Preservation and the Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District.
