The information contained here is intended to help interested persons understand impact fees in general and as specifically implemented by the City of Bozeman. The following information is not an exhaustive treatment on the subject of impact fees. Contact the Department of Planning and Community Development if you wish more information.

    2012 Impact Fee Schedule - Effective for building permits submitted after January 1, 2012.
