Development Applications

Please visit this site each time you wish to submit an application in order to ensure that you are using the most current forms. You may fill out each form on-line but must save it to your own computer. Outdated application forms will not be accepted. Application packages are typically composed of the basic application cover sheet and one or more checklists. If you have questions on which items you need to complete please contact the Department. Applications for signs are located elsewhere. Some sample applications are provided on this website to demonstrate the type of materials and information required.
