The City of Bozeman allows the public to reserve certain park pavilions for private gatherings, company picnics, family picnics, and other functions. Below is the fee schedule for reserving each pavilion. The pavilions can be reserved for 2 blocks of time, 8:00 am – 3:00 pm and 3:30 pm – 10:00 pm. You will be charged for each block of time reserved from the fee schedule below.

1-24 people, $25.00 reservation fee
25- 74 people, $50.00 reservation fee
75-199 people, $150.00 reservation fee. a $35.00 public assembly permit, and a deposit.
200 or more, $1.00/person, a $35.00 public assembly permit, and a deposit.
Deposits are the same amount as the reservation fee. The deposit will be returned as long as all the conditions of the approval are met and there are no code violations or property damage. Note: Any person wishing to have alcoholic beverages in one of our city parks are required to have an open container waiver. All open container waivers must be attached to a park reservation. The fee for the open container waiver is $25.00 for residents living within the city limits of Bozeman and $35.00 for non city residents.
