Welcome to the Finance Department!
We serve the community in five important areas:
Administration:
Financial policy direction, budgeting, capital planning, rate setting, debt management and office administration.
Treasury:
Billing and collection of all amounts owed to the City, sale of licenses, investments, special assessment districts and cemetery lots and permits.
Accounting:
Accounts payable, general ledger, fixed assets, annual audit and preparation of financial statements.
Grants:
Grant proposals, awards, project completion and reporting.
Sustainability:
Implementation of the City's Municipal Climate Action Plan, oversight of the grant-funded Citizen Climate Task Force efforts
