The Neighborhoods Program was created to enhance neighborhood self-reliance and overall community health through community-based problem solving, city service accessibility and neighborhood services. The Neighborhoods Program helps citizens to stay informed about the community, organize neighborhood associations, and assists citizens to get involved in the decisions affecting our neighborhoods and community.
